RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Sassy Chic's is happy to accept returns or exchanges, subject to the following conditions:
~Return requests must be made within 10 days from date of order. We do not offer refunds, store credits are issued upon receipt of a returned item.
~ All returns require a Return authorization number. (RA#) Please send an email to roxnsan@aol.com requesting the return number. Please note the reason for the return. Sassy Chic's will reply with a Return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back. All packages that are sent to us without an RA# are refused and sent back to the sender at the senders expense. We are not responsible for lost and or returned packages. Please be sure to request an RA number if you need to return an item.
~ Return Authorization number must be included on the outside of the package or item will be refused.
~NOTE: If you received FREE SHIPPING with your purchase and you return an item(s) you will have a shipping fee of 6.95 deducted from your store credit.
~All original tags must be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, etc.) Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as Sassy Chic's cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us.
MAILING YOUR RETURN PACKAGE
After your return or exchange authorization number is received, please mail your return within 10 business days to:

Any returns that we may accept at our discretion that does not meet our return criteria will be credited at the item's current sale price minus a 25% restocking fee.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for merchandise credit to be issued. Sorry we do not offer any refunds!
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Unlike regular orders placed at Sassy Chic's, pre-order items will be shipped as they become available. Pre-ordered items are purchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. We require a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time you place your order. Because these items are no longer available for others to purchase, any canceled or returned pre-order items will be subject to a 25% cancellation/return fee if a store credit is requested.
